Justices who never were judges
Although I don't know how I feel about this nominee. It is interesting to note 35 prior justices have had no experience as a judge before becoming member of the court.Earl Warren, Felix Frankfurter, Robert Jackson and Lewis Powell, are all regarded as good justices and all came from a non judicial background. William Rehnquist also had no judicial background before becoming a justice.
